What we collect

When you sign up we collect your name, email, phone number, business name, the trade(s) you choose and the zip codes you choose. We also keep basic records of the emails we send you, such as whether they were delivered.

Where lead data comes from

The leads we send come from public building permit records published by local governments. Owner names and mailing addresses in leads come from those public records.

How we use your information

We use it to run your account: manage your zips, send your daily lead emails, and contact you about your subscription.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Service providers

Our website, data storage and email sending run on Cloudflare. They process data on our behalf to provide those services. Our payment processor, once billing is set up, will handle your payment details. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.

Email and unsubscribing

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to stop emails or close your account.

Deleting your information

Email hello@permitworm.com to ask us to delete your account information. We may keep records we need for billing, legal or tax reasons.

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above.
