The service
Permit Worm sends subscribers leads based on public building permit records in the zip codes they choose, for the trade(s) they choose.
Subscription and billing
Permit Worm is a monthly subscription billed at $49/mo. Founding subscribers keep that price for 12 months from signup. You can cancel anytime; your service runs through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Zips are shared
Zips are shared and not exclusive. Other subscribers, including others in your trade, may receive leads from the same zips. You can choose up to 5 zips.
No guarantee of leads or results
Permit volume varies and is outside our control. We don't guarantee any number of leads, the accuracy or completeness of public records, or any business results. Inferred leads (for example, a pool permit suggesting a fence) are suggestions, not confirmed demand.
Using leads responsibly
You're responsible for following the laws that apply when you contact homeowners, including rules on calls, texts, mail and email.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will post changes here. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
